Things to consider when booking a property clearance.

For your information:

Throughout the United Kingdom there are a number of good quality, professional property clearance companies.
There are many many more unscrupulous people purporting to be the same but are definitely not.
It's very easy to set up a website, get a van and clear a property.
These people will promise all sorts of magical things which just aren't true. Example 100% of the clearance is recycled. This is not possible.
How would they recycle a foamed back carpet or a badly stained or damaged memory foam mattress, the list goes on.
Some will state that the cost is VAT free. I would have serious reservations about any so called 'company' that is not VAT registered.
Some of these people will offer to clear a property at a price that is much lower than the other quotes you have.
We charge by the Luton van load and the costs involved are considerable. Let me explain the costs, Health & safety means we always send at least
two employees, we have the running costs of the vehicle, administration costs and the most expensive costs WASTE DISPOSAL.
